- • As a Lead Product Owner in Retention Marketing at Humana, you will drive member engagement strategies that directly impact business goals and improve health outcomes for millions of members.
- • Day to day, you will lead end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, app, web, call center), facilitate agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and collaborate with product, analytics, and channel teams to embed personalization and Next Best Action logic into member journeys.
- • You will join a caring, mission-driven team at Humana, a leading U.S. healthcare company dedicated to improving health and well-being for Medicare, Medicaid, individuals, families, and military personnel through insurance and CenterWell services.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in agile marketing, omni-channel orchestration, and data-driven campaign optimization while influencing enterprise-wide retention strategies and advancing your leadership in healthcare marketing.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field or 4 years of relevant experience
- • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, onboarding, or customer engagement marketing
- • 2+ years of experience leading agile teams or cross-functional pods
- • Strong understanding of omni-channel marketing and journey orchestration
- • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools
- • Excellent facilitation, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
