📋 Description

• • Lead complex Professional Services delivery programs involving multiple concurrent workstreams, strategic enterprise customers, and Authorized Partners, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery aligned with customer business objectives.
• • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customer stakeholders and internal leadership throughout the entire engagement lifecycle, influencing delivery strategy, operational excellence, and customer success outcomes.
• • Drive executive-level communication, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and escalation resolution for high-visibility customer initiatives, maintaining clarity and accountability across all levels.
• • Own and manage strategic account engagements, coordinating cross-functional teams including technical, operational, and business units to execute integrated project and program plans to successful completion.
• • Develop and maintain integrated roadmaps, governance models, detailed timelines, and communication plans that establish realistic expectations and ensure accountability for deliverables.
• • Facilitate complex requirements gathering and strategic planning sessions with customers, internal teams, and executive sponsors to define scope, priorities, and success metrics.
• • Build and strengthen relationships across the enterprise and with Authorized Partners to enhance coordination, reduce delivery friction, and improve overall customer outcomes.
• • Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, operational efficiency, customer experience, and organizational scalability through data-driven insights and continuous improvement initiatives.
• • Conduct comprehensive project and program post-mortems to capture lessons learned, document best practices, and implement changes that enhance future delivery performance.
• • Mentor peers and contribute to organizational maturity by championing best practices in project and program management across Professional Services.
• • Operate with autonomy in ambiguous environments, adapting quickly to evolving priorities and driving clarity with minimal supervision.
• • Demonstrate strong executive presence by communicating complex business and technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences, including C-level executives and technical teams.
• • Collaborate closely with Professional Services leadership to ensure delivery execution aligns with broader customer success and business objectives.
• • Support organizational initiatives and operational programs as needed to drive team and company-wide success, including contributing to process improvement and transformation efforts.
• • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in managing project dependencies, risks, issues, budgets, and stakeholder communications across all engagements.
