📋 Description

• Lead Provider Enrollment Coordinator role is critical to ensuring healthcare providers are properly enrolled with payers and ready to deliver care from day one, directly impacting patient access and revenue cycle efficiency.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of enrollment specialists, overseeing provider onboarding and payer enrollment processes, monitoring claims and balances tied to enrollment issues, assigning and reviewing staff work, ensuring compliance with policies, and serving as a subject matter expert on complex enrollment requirements.

• In this role, you will develop leadership and operational expertise in healthcare provider enrollment, gain deep knowledge of payer requirements and credentialing systems, and contribute to improving provider readiness and patient care experiences while strengthening revenue cycle outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED, or equivalent of 10 years of relevant work experience
• Minimum three years’ experience in provider enrollment, healthcare administration, or a related operational role
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate team activities, including assigning work, monitoring progress, and providing performance feedback
