• • In this hands-on leadership position, you will be the go-to expert for intricate QA challenges. Your responsibilities will extend to designing and building automation solutions from the ground up, understanding and articulating the trade-offs involved, and creating scalable, maintainable systems. You will lead by example, elevating the technical bar for the entire team through your expertise, mentorship, and practical demonstration of best practices. Your influence will be crucial in helping other QA engineers grow their skills and capabilities.

• • Your core responsibilities will encompass being the technical lead for QA on complex projects, taking ownership of the overall test strategy and the automation approach. You will architect, develop, and continuously refine automation frameworks that are reliable, scalable, and easy for team members to contribute to. You will tackle and resolve the most challenging technical issues, including test architecture design, management of flaky tests, seamless CI/CD integration, and environment-related problems.
• • You will define and implement the technical direction for QA across your assigned accounts, making strategic decisions about tooling, methodologies, and team structure. A significant aspect of your role will be driving shift-left practices, ensuring quality is embedded early in the lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design through to development. You will design and execute comprehensive test strategies covering UI, functional, integration, API, accessibility, and regression testing to ensure the highest quality standards.
• • Mentoring and upskilling junior and mid-level QA engineers through collaborative, hands-on engagement and knowledge sharing will be a key part of your contribution. You will actively explore and integrate AI-assisted development tools to optimize workflows and investigate emerging AI applications within QA. Communicating technical recommendations, potential risks, and trade-offs clearly to both clients and internal teams will be essential for alignment and decision-making.
• • You will actively participate in client-facing forums, including demos, triage meetings, release calls, and in-depth technical discussions.
