- • Lead QA Engineer (Python) role at Sphera Holdings, Inc., a global leader in environmental, health, safety, and sustainability software, backed by Blackstone, focused on ensuring high-quality delivery across complex manufacturing systems through agile QA leadership and test automation.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding and coaching a QA & Test team, reviewing requirements for complex manufacturing processes, creating functional, non-functional, integration, and regression test cases, executing tests, analyzing results, managing defects, implementing test automation, improving testing processes, and communicating quality risks and gaps.
- • The team operates within an agile environment at Sphera, a rapidly expanding global organization guided by core values of Customer Centricity, Accountability, Bias to Action, Innovation, and Collaboration, committed to ESG excellence and inclusive workplace culture.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in test automation with Python, Playwright, and Robot Framework, strengthen leadership and coaching abilities in agile QA, gain exposure to complex manufacturing systems, and drive continuous improvement in software quality while collaborating across technical teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a QA Lead in an agile development environment
- • Hands-on expertise in test automation using Python, Playwright, and Robot Framework
- • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and ability to guide QA teams through full development cycles
- • Experience creating and executing functional, non-functional, integration, and regression test cases
- • Excellent communication skills: clear, concise, empathetic, and able to convey technical quality risks effectively
- • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
