  • • The Lead Qualified Success Architect will own the successful implementation and adoption of the Qualified Conversational Marketing Platform for new and existing customers, driving transformation in sales and marketing processes through conversational marketing technology.
  • • Day to day, the role involves delivering and leading customers through the Qualified Implementation Framework, interfacing with Enterprise Architects to define optimal technical architecture, documenting technical requirements for a Qualified Data Model aligned to business objectives, establishing consultative relationships with client business units, providing coaching and education on Conversational Marketing, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, identifying successful customers for advocacy, engaging in internal product discussions to shape the roadmap, and performing executive analysis of customer health scores to meet renewal targets.
