📋 Description

• Lead Salesforce Developer role focused on owning the architecture, development, and evolution of ServiceTitan’s Salesforce platform with deep emphasis on CPQ and Billing systems.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include leading design and delivery of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Billing; owning CPQ and Billing implementation; architecting scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flow; driving integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware; partnering with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical designs; applying AI-assisted development tools; establishing development best practices; mentoring junior engineers; evaluating new Salesforce features; and managing CI/CD pipelines for deployments.
• ServiceTitan is a fast-growing SaaS company providing the operating system for home and commercial service businesses, empowering tens of thousands of customers with scalable technology solutions.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Billing, lead technical initiatives at scale, influence platform strategy, mentor engineering talent, and gain experience with AI-augmented development in a high-impact, mission-driven environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Billing including configuration, custom pricing, amendments, renewals, and invoice generation
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flow
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware like MuleSoft
• Proficiency with Salesforce DX, Git-based source control, and CI/CD tooling (e.g., Copado, Gearset)
• Salesforce certifications required: Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
