- • Replit is at the forefront of democratizing software development, empowering individuals worldwide to build applications using natural language through our innovative agentic software creation platform. With millions of users, we are revolutionizing how software is made, and we are seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Marketing Operations leader to join our dynamic team.
- • As the Lead/Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring our marketing programs operate seamlessly and effectively at scale. You will serve as the central hub for our campaigns, data, and technology infrastructure, guaranteeing that the right audiences receive the most relevant campaigns at the precise moment across both our B2C and B2B business units.
- • This is a pivotal, high-impact role designed for an individual who possesses a dual capability: the strategic acumen to design robust operational frameworks and the practical drive to execute them. Your responsibilities will span orchestrating complex multi-channel campaigns, meticulously refining our lead scoring models, and collaborating closely with our Data team to ensure our marketing signals are accurate, clean, and readily actionable.
- • You will foster strong collaborative relationships with our MarTech, Data, RevOps, and broader marketing teams across the organization. Your primary objective will be to translate high-level marketing strategies into tangible, successful execution across a diverse range of channels including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, web, product-led initiatives, brand campaigns, lifecycle marketing, and demand generation programs.
- • A core aspect of your role will be to own the entire lifecycle of campaign processes, orchestration, and enablement. This includes defining, documenting, and maintaining the operational processes that govern how campaigns are conceived, built, rigorously QA'd, launched, and ultimately measured across all channels.
- • You will be responsible for orchestrating sophisticated multi-channel campaigns, ensuring impeccable sequencing, effective suppression logic, and robust audience governance to maximize impact and minimize wasted effort.
- • In situations where direct execution is required, you will be prepared to roll up your sleeves and directly build and launch campaigns within our primary platforms, such as Iterable, or other relevant tools.
- • A significant part of your contribution will involve optimizing and customizing our marketing technology (MarTech) stack to robustly support our evolving campaign execution needs. You will partner closely with the MarTech Manager to configure and fine-tune our existing tools, identifying and addressing any gaps in their utilization to unlock superior marketing performance.
- • Ensuring proper reporting and measurement is paramount. You will maintain and enhance dashboards that provide marketing leadership with clear, actionable visibility into program performance across both B2C and B2B segments. Furthermore, you will actively support the development and refinement of attribution frameworks that effectively connect campaign activities to tangible pipeline growth and revenue generation.
- • You will also play a key role in contributing to essential reporting cycles, such as Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), providing critical insights into funnel metrics and overall campaign efficiency.
- • As marketing's lead partner to the Data team, you will serve as the primary marketing stakeholder for all data-related requests. This involves ensuring that the correct audiences, signals, and attributes are meticulously defined, built, and consistently maintained within our data infrastructure.
- • You will own the crucial feedback loop between campaign performance data and our data infrastructure, proactively surfacing any gaps or inefficiencies and advocating strongly for the data requirements that marketing needs to succeed.
- • Supporting lead management, scoring, and funnel operations is another critical area of focus. You will maintain and continuously refine our lead scoring models and Product Qualified Lead (PQL) frameworks, ensuring they effectively identify and surface high-propensity users and accounts for our sales teams.
- • You will collaborate closely with the RevOps team to guarantee seamless and efficient lead routing, accurate stage progression, and strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) from the point of marketing engagement through to sales conversion.
