- • Own product strategy and execution for Everself’s AI-native healthcare platform, including the internal EHR, patient app, and care team operational workflows.
- • Design and ship scalable systems that connect patients, clinicians, hospitals, ASCs, labs, pharmacies, and payors across the full obesity care journey.
- • Translate complex clinical and operational healthcare processes into intuitive, user-centered product experiences that improve patient outcomes and care team efficiency.
- • Lead product roadmap development, prioritization, and execution for core healthcare workflows spanning education, intake, procedure coordination, monitoring, and long-term behavior change.
- • Partner directly with engineering to prototype, test, and accelerate product development using AI tools, no-code platforms, and lightweight design workflows.
- • Identify and resolve bottlenecks across patient, clinical, and operational workflows through data analysis, user feedback, and operational insights.
- • Build tools that enhance patient engagement, support longitudinal care, and improve the quality and scalability of clinical delivery.
- • Work cross-functionally with clinical leadership, care operations, growth, and finance teams to align product initiatives with business and clinical goals.
- • Use AI-assisted workflows to rapidly iterate on product ideas, validate assumptions, and reduce time-to-market for critical features.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of the patient journey—from initial education through post-procedure monitoring—ensuring every product decision supports durable, comprehensive care beyond medication.
- • Report directly to the CEO and contribute to shaping core company systems, product vision, and strategic direction.
- • Balance regulatory complexity, operational constraints, and patient needs while delivering high-quality, scalable solutions in a fast-moving startup environment.
- • Champion a patient-first mindset, leveraging Everself’s 4.8-star patient rating and engaged community to inform product priorities and design decisions.
- • Drive product excellence across both internal-facing systems (EHR, care team tools) and external-facing products (patient app, patient portal).
- • Ensure seamless integration between clinical workflows, lab results, prescriptions, insurance pathways, and facility coordination systems.
- • Continuously optimize product performance using quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback to improve retention, adherence, and clinical outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of product management experience
- • Strong systems thinking and structured problem-solving
- • Technical fluency and ability to work closely with engineering
- • Experience building workflow-heavy or operationally complex products
- • Ability to prototype quickly using AI tools, no-code tools, or lightweight design workflows
- • Strong written communication and product requirement writing
