📋 Description

• Serve as a client-facing Forward Deployed AI Consultant bridging executive business strategy with practical AI implementation for enterprise clients, primarily U.S.-based Fortune 500 companies.
• Partner directly with non-technical business leaders (CMOs, CTOs, CIOs) to audit operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and map strategic AI-driven digital transformation roadmaps.
• Independently design, build, and deploy rapid Proof of Concepts (POCs) and MVPs using prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG, and low-code/no-code platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Cursor, Lovable, and Replit.
• Translate successful prototypes into clearly scoped production requirements, data flows, and functional specifications for enterprise engineering teams.
• Act as the primary translator between business units and technical engineering squads, ensuring alignment on AI implementation scope, feasibility, and operational impact.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to data privacy, enterprise security, model hallucinations, and system reliability in AI deployments.
• Identify opportunities to scale pilot AI projects into broader enterprise implementations or long-term service agreements within marketing technology and customer experience (CX) architectures.
• Operate with high autonomy—gathering rapid user feedback, iterating quickly, and delivering results without waiting for perfect specifications or formal approvals.
• Deliver technical credibility by confidently guiding client conversations on the distinctions between prototype-level AI tools and production-grade systems.
• Apply domain expertise in consulting, digital agencies, customer experience, marketing technology, or enterprise digital initiatives to contextualize AI solutions within client business goals.
• Work remotely with a global team of 600+ tech professionals based in Latin America, collaborating on high-impact projects for top American companies.
• Engage with clients across diverse industry verticals including marketing tech, content supply chains, personalization, and digital operations at enterprise scale.
• Leverage familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks, vector databases, and AI orchestration tools to enhance prototype accuracy and reliability.
• Maintain technical literacy in system data flows, API integrations, and SaaS connections to ensure seamless integration of AI prototypes into existing client tech stacks.
• Contribute to commercial growth by identifying service opportunities tied to AI ecosystem expansion within client digital platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders and executives to extract business problems and shape technical requirements
• Track record of delivering practical AI, workflow automation, or digital transformation initiatives
• Ability to independently create small, functioning AI POCs using modern tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable, Replit, Vercel, n8n, Zapier)
• Strong understanding of system data flows, API integrations, SaaS connections, and basic software product delivery concepts
• Ability to confidently guide technical client conversations and articulate operational differences between prototypes and production-grade implementations
• Background in consulting, digital agency environments, customer experience (CX), marketing technology, or enterprise digital initiatives
