- • Lead Software Engineer role providing technical leadership for teams building cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure using the .NET stack, driving architecture, code quality, delivery excellence, and DevOps maturity while partnering with Product Owners and Engineering Managers to execute on the roadmap.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as technical lead for delivery teams, designing and evolving cloud-native applications with .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET 6+/Core), defining and enforcing architectural and coding standards, leading design and code reviews, architecting Azure-based solutions (App Services, Functions, AKS, Service Bus, Storage, Key Vault, SQL), owning and improving CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring non-functional requirements (performance, reliability, security, observability, scalability) are met, leading technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis, mentoring senior and mid-level engineers, and driving technical debt management and modernization initiatives.
