- • Work directly with the Founder to drive market entry strategies from early planning through hands-on execution across the United Kingdom and beyond.
- • Build and execute the company’s initial hiring plans by sourcing, engaging, and closing high-caliber talent across functions.
- • Support fundraising efforts by preparing investor materials, coordinating investor conversations, and managing follow-through on commitments.
- • Help establish A1’s operational presence by setting up vendor relationships, legal structures, and foundational operating systems.
- • Drive external positioning through PR initiatives, partnership development, and key relationship building with external stakeholders.
- • Turn ambiguous, high-level ideas into clear, actionable plans and ensure consistent execution without oversight.
- • Act as a central operator across teams by tracking priorities, identifying bottlenecks, and pushing progress on critical initiatives.
- • Handle high-urgency, unstructured problems with speed, sound judgment, and minimal guidance.
- • Operate independently in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment with no predefined processes or playbooks.
- • Serve as an extension of the Founder, taking ownership of the highest-priority initiatives across hiring, partnerships, fundraising, and market expansion.
- • Maintain clear and concise communication with senior stakeholders, external partners, and internal teams.
- • Deliver consistently reliable outcomes, even under incomplete information or shifting priorities.
- • Contribute to building a high-talent-density team by embodying and reinforcing the company’s culture of execution, judgment, and autonomy.
- • Participate in interview processes evaluated directly by founding team members, ensuring alignment with the company’s standards.
- • Engage in virtual and/or onsite interviews as part of the selection process, with decisions made promptly based on demonstrated skills and mindset.
- • Contribute to the mission of delivering a truly magical AI product that brings practical benefits to billions of users globally.

- • Strong generalist ability to switch between strategy, hiring, operations, and execution
