- • Work directly with the Founder to drive U.S. market entry, from early strategy to hands-on execution of market-specific initiatives
- • Build and execute the company’s initial hiring plan by sourcing, engaging, and closing high-caliber talent across functions
- • Support fundraising efforts by preparing investor materials, coordinating investor conversations, and managing follow-through actions
- • Establish A1’s operational presence in the U.S., including setting up office infrastructure, selecting vendors, and designing operating structure
- • Drive external positioning through PR outreach, partnership development, and cultivation of key relationships with stakeholders
- • Turn ambiguous, high-level ideas into clear, actionable plans and ensure consistent execution across teams
- • Act as a central operator across functions, tracking priorities, identifying bottlenecks, and pushing progress on critical initiatives
- • Handle high-urgency, unstructured problems with speed, sound judgment, and minimal supervision
- • Operate independently in ambiguous environments with no predefined processes, creating systems where none exist
- • Collaborate with the Founder to prioritize initiatives that align with company goals and allocate resources accordingly
- • Maintain high reliability by consistently delivering on commitments, even under pressure or with incomplete information
- • Communicate clearly and concisely with senior internal stakeholders and external partners, including investors, hires, and vendors
- • Balance rapid execution with quality, ensuring that speed does not compromise the integrity of outcomes
- • Function as an extension of the Founder, taking ownership of initiatives that span hiring, operations, fundraising, and market expansion
- • Operate with high agency—proactively identifying needs, proposing solutions, and driving action without waiting for direction
- • Navigate fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments where priorities shift frequently and processes are not yet formalized

- • Background in consulting (MBB), top-tier VC, startups, or high-performance operating roles
- • Strong generalist ability to switch between strategy, hiring, operations, and execution

- • Clear and concise communication skills—comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and external partners
