📋 Description

• Work directly with the Founder to drive market entry strategies from initial planning through hands-on execution across the United Kingdom and beyond.
• Build and execute the company’s initial hiring plans by sourcing, engaging, and closing high-caliber talent across functions.
• Support fundraising efforts by preparing investor materials, coordinating investor conversations, and managing follow-through on commitments.
• Establish A1’s operational presence by setting up vendor relationships, legal structures, and foundational operating systems.
• Drive external positioning through support of PR initiatives, strategic partnerships, and key stakeholder relationships.
• Transform ambiguous, high-level ideas into clear, actionable plans with defined timelines and ownership.
• Act as a central operator across teams, tracking priorities, identifying bottlenecks, and pushing critical initiatives to completion.
• Handle high-urgency, unstructured problems with speed, sound judgment, and minimal supervision.
• Operate independently in environments with high ambiguity, making decisions with incomplete information and delivering consistent results.
• Serve as an extension of the Founder, taking ownership of the highest-priority initiatives without needing detailed direction.
• Maintain alignment between strategic goals and operational execution across hiring, fundraising, market expansion, and company infrastructure.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with senior internal stakeholders, external partners, and potential investors.
• Ensure reliability and follow-through on all commitments, regardless of complexity or ambiguity.
• Contribute to building a high-talent-density team by identifying and attracting top-tier candidates aligned with the company’s mission.
• Balance rapid execution with quality, ensuring deliverables meet the standards required for a product aiming to impact billions globally.
• Participate in interview processes as part of the founding team’s evaluation of candidates.
• Operate in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment where priorities shift rapidly and structure must be created from scratch.

• Background in consulting (MBB), top-tier VC, startups, or high-performance operating roles
• Strong generalist ability to switch between strategy, hiring, operations, and execution
• High agency — does not wait for instructions, figures things out, and moves independently
• Strong judgment — able to prioritize effectively and make decisions with incomplete information
• Clear and concise communication skills — comfortable working with senior stakeholders and external partners
• High reliability — consistently follows through and delivers on commitments
