- • Work directly with the Founder to drive U.S. market entry, from early strategy to hands-on execution of market-specific initiatives
- • Build and execute the company’s initial hiring plans, including sourcing, engaging, and closing high-caliber talent across functions
- • Support fundraising efforts by preparing investor materials, coordinating investor conversations, and managing follow-through on commitments
- • Establish A1’s operational presence in the U.S., including setting up office infrastructure, selecting vendors, and defining the initial operating structure
- • Drive external positioning through PR outreach, partnership development, and cultivation of key relationships with stakeholders
- • Turn ambiguous, high-level ideas into clear, actionable plans and ensure consistent execution across teams
- • Act as a central operator across the organization, tracking priorities, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, and pushing critical initiatives forward
- • Handle high-urgency, unstructured problems with speed, sound judgment, and minimal oversight
- • Operate independently in ambiguous environments with no predefined processes, creating systems and workflows from scratch
- • Collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders, communicating clearly and concisely to align on goals and outcomes
- • Maintain high reliability by consistently delivering on commitments, even under pressure or with incomplete information
- • Function as an extension of the Founder, taking ownership of the highest-priority initiatives across hiring, operations, fundraising, and market expansion
- • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, switching fluidly between long-term planning and immediate operational tasks
- • Contribute to building the company’s first operating systems and processes to support scalable growth in the U.S. market
- • Maintain a high standard of execution in a fast-moving, high-talent-density environment where speed, quality, and autonomy are expected

- • Background in consulting (MBB), top-tier VC, startups, or high-performance operating roles
- • Strong generalist ability to switch between strategy, hiring, operations, and execution
- • High agency — does not wait for instructions, figures things out, and moves independently
- • Strong judgment — able to prioritize effectively and make decisions with incomplete information
- • Clear and concise communication skills — comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and external partners
- • High reliability — consistently follows through and delivers on commitments
