- • Lead Strategist, CRM & Loyalty role at Bounteous Holdings LLC, responsible for owning and driving strategic outcomes across complex client engagements in loyalty and CRM.
- • Operate as a trusted advisor and day-to-day strategic lead guiding clients through the full engagement lifecycle—from discovery and workshop facilitation to ongoing program optimization and measurement.
- • Translate data and consumer insights into actionable loyalty and CRM strategies that deliver measurable results for clients.
- • Collaborate closely with Product, Creative, Technology, and Analytics & Insights teams to bridge strategic vision with flawless execution.
- • Report to the VP, Loyalty Strategy and contribute to Bounteous’ Co-Innovation methodology, aligning client interests to accelerate value creation.
- • Work with over 4,000+ expert team members across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA to deliver transformative digital experiences.
- • Support ambitious brands in solving complex challenges through innovative solutions in Strategy, Analytics, Digital Engineering, Cloud, Data & AI, Experience Design, and Marketing.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in loyalty program strategy, CRM, or customer engagement consulting.
- • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and consumer insights to inform strategic recommendations.
- • Experience facilitating workshops and guiding clients through discovery and engagement lifecycle phases.
- • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams including Product, Creative, Technology, and Analytics.
- • Excellent communication and advisory skills to act as a trusted strategic partner to clients.
