- • Work directly with the Founder to drive market entry strategy and hands-on execution for A1’s AI smart assistant in the United Kingdom.
- • Build and execute the company’s initial hiring plans, including sourcing, engaging, and closing high-caliber talent across functions.
- • Support fundraising efforts by preparing investor materials, coordinating conversations, and managing follow-through with potential investors.
- • Help establish A1’s operational presence in the UK, including onboarding vendors, setting up infrastructure, and defining the operating structure.
- • Drive external positioning through PR initiatives, partnership development, and key relationship management with external stakeholders.
- • Turn ambiguous, high-level ideas into clear, actionable plans and ensure consistent execution across teams.
- • Act as a central operator across the organization, tracking priorities, identifying bottlenecks, and pushing progress on critical initiatives.
- • Handle high-urgency, unstructured problems with speed, sound judgment, and ownership, without requiring detailed direction.
- • Operate independently in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment with minimal oversight, making decisions with incomplete information.
- • Maintain high reliability by consistently following through on commitments and delivering results under pressure.
- • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and external partners using clear, concise communication to align on goals and outcomes.
- • Contribute to building the company’s first operating systems and processes to scale operations efficiently.
- • Participate in the interview process by evaluating candidates alongside the founding team and ensuring alignment with the company’s high talent density standard.
- • Balance rapid execution with quality, ensuring that shipping work does not compromise the reliability and precision required for long-running AI workflows.
- • Embody the company’s culture of collective decision-making, rapid iteration, and hands-on problem-solving in a small, world-class team.
