- • Work directly with the Founder to drive U.S. market entry, from early strategy to hands-on execution of market-specific initiatives.
- • Build and execute the company’s initial hiring plans, including sourcing, engaging, and closing high-caliber talent across functions.
- • Support fundraising efforts by preparing investor materials, coordinating investor conversations, and managing follow-through on commitments.
- • Establish A1’s operational presence in the U.S., including setting up office infrastructure, selecting vendors, and designing the initial operating structure.
- • Drive external positioning by supporting PR efforts, cultivating key partnerships, and managing critical external relationships.
- • Turn ambiguous, high-level ideas into clear, actionable plans and ensure consistent execution across teams.
- • Act as a central operator across the organization, tracking priorities, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, and pushing progress on critical initiatives.
- • Handle high-urgency, unstructured problems with speed, sound judgment, and ownership, without requiring detailed direction.
- • Operate independently in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment with minimal oversight, making decisions with incomplete information.
- • Maintain high reliability by consistently delivering on commitments, following through on details, and upholding standards under pressure.
- • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and external partners with clear, concise, and effective communication.
- • Contribute to building the company’s first operating systems and processes to scale operations in the U.S. market.
- • Participate in the full interview process for key hires, ensuring alignment with the company’s high talent density and execution-oriented culture.
- • Balance rapid shipping of work with learning and iteration, maintaining quality while adapting to evolving priorities.
- • Represent the company in strategic discussions with investors, partners, and potential hires, embodying the mission and values of A1.
- • Maintain focus on achieving high reliability for long-running AI workflows, persistent context, and real-world task completion as core product goals.
- • Operate as an extension of the Founder, taking ownership of initiatives that are critical to the company’s survival and growth in its early stages.

- • Background in consulting (MBB), top-tier VC, startups, or high-performance operating roles
- • Strong generalist ability to switch between strategy, hiring, operations, and execution
- • High agency — does not wait for instructions, figures things out, and moves independently

- • Clear and concise communication — comfortable working with senior stakeholders and external partners
