📋 Description

• Lead Technical Recruiter (Global) at Bjak Sdn. Bhd. is a strategic hiring role focused on attracting top technical talent across Engineering, Product, Data, AI, Infrastructure, and related functions globally, playing a critical part in shaping the company’s technical workforce as it scales.
• Day to day, the role involves owning the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, partnering with hiring managers to define requirements and interview strategies, developing innovative sourcing strategies for passive talent, mentoring junior recruiters, maintaining ATS data and recruitment metrics, and ensuring compliance with global hiring practices.
• Bjak Sdn. Bhd. builds superior application platforms globally, starting with Southeast Asia’s leading insurance platform serving over 8 million users, and is expanding into AI-driven, category-defining products with a flat organization that values ownership, speed, and solving complex problems.
