📋 Description

• • As a Lead UX Designer in Lennar’s Technology Group, you will spearhead the design of innovative internal-facing digital tools that revolutionize how Lennar identifies, evaluates, and acquires land, directly impacting the company’s operational efficiency and strategic growth.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing end-to-end user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for the Land Acquisition platform; translating complex land evaluation stages into intuitive interfaces; designing features like maps, financial underwriting dashboards, document workflows, and pipeline tracking; collaborating with product, engineering, and business stakeholders; conducting user research and usability testing with land professionals; evolving Lennar’s enterprise design system; and presenting design concepts to cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
