  • • Lead Videographer UK at Bjak Sdn. Bhd. is a pivotal role responsible for transforming the company’s mission-driven narratives into compelling visual stories that elevate brand presence and engage audiences across global digital platforms. As BJAK continues to expand its innovative insurance and AI-integrated platforms serving over 8 million users in Southeast Asia, this role ensures that complex ideas are communicated with clarity, emotion, and impact through high-quality video content.
  • • The person will be responsible for end-to-end video production, from concept to delivery, working closely with Creative, Marketing, and Social Media teams to produce content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (XHS). This includes developing creative concepts, storyboarding, shooting with professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment, editing with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition), performing color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and subtitling, while maintaining brand consistency and meeting tight deadlines across multiple concurrent projects.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia, Communications, or related fields
  • • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in videography and video editing (agency or in-house)
  • • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition)
  • • Skilled in camera operations, lighting techniques, and audio recording
  • • Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating diverse video styles and storytelling approaches
  • • Excellent attention to detail, visual composition, pacing, and ability to manage multiple projects independently in a deadline-driven environment
