• • Bring BJAK’s stories to life through video content by creating engaging, high-quality visual narratives that elevate the brand and drive audience engagement across digital platforms.
• • Assist in developing creative concepts, plan and execute video shoots for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu, operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment, and produce content ranging from corporate storytelling to fast-turnaround social media videos.
• • Edit videos with attention to pacing, storytelling, and visual quality; perform color grading, sound design, basic motion graphics, and subtitling; ensure brand consistency and manage multiple editing timelines for on-time delivery.
• • Collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, and Social Media teams to bring ideas to life, incorporate feedback, work with designers and copywriters, and optionally support junior editors; manage full production workflow including media management, equipment setup, exporting, and archiving.
• • Stay updated on video trends and social media formats, experiment with new techniques, suggest workflow improvements, and troubleshoot technical issues during shoots or editing.
