📋 Description

• • Lead Visual&Brand Designer role at CoW DAO Association, a mission-driven organization protecting Ethereum users from MEV and optimizing trade execution through products like CoW Protocol, CoW Swap, and MEV Blocker.
• • The role is a hands-on player-coach position focused on elevating brand and marketing design while guiding 1–2 designers and establishing visual standards across platforms.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the creative vision for CoW DAO’s brands, designing high-quality visual assets for marketing (digital and physical), mentoring junior designers, ensuring cohesive design language between marketing and product interfaces, supporting product design as needed, fostering team growth, and shaping organizational design processes.
• • CoW DAO is a transparent, community-driven, open-source organization with over 100 repositories on GitHub, real-time analytics dashboards showing billions in trading volume, and a commitment to DeFi innovation, security, and decentralization.
