Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • Be the human bridge between cutting-edge AI and ambitious adult learners. As a Learner Success Advocate for Artificial Intelligence at Ziplines Education, you will own the learner journey for a 5–7-week university certificate program that transforms working professionals into confident AI practitioners. Every week you will directly impact 25–40 learners who are balancing full-time jobs, family responsibilities, and the excitement (and anxiety) of mastering generative AI tools.
  • • Own end-to-end learner engagement across Slack, email, and Zoom. From the moment a learner is onboarded, you become their trusted guide—answering technical questions at 10 p.m., celebrating breakthroughs in public channels, and privately coaching someone who feels overwhelmed by prompt-engineering concepts. You will craft weekly motivational posts, curate quick-win resources, and run targeted “nudge” campaigns that keep completion rates above 90 %.
  • • Moderate and co-host live sessions twice a week. You are the Zoom conductor: launch polls, manage breakout rooms, spotlight learners’ successes, and troubleshoot audio issues in real time. Between sessions you liaise with subject-matter instructors to refine slide decks, insert clarifying examples, and ensure that every activity aligns with adult-learning best practices.
  • • Monitor learner health like a data-driven coach. Using our LMS dashboards, you will track assignment submissions, quiz scores, and forum participation; then triage red flags within 24 hours. When a learner misses two assignments, you schedule a 15-minute 1:1 to uncover the root cause—be it tool access, imposter syndrome, or a family emergency—and co-create a recovery plan.
  • • Curate and deliver just-in-time micro-trainings. When ChatGPT releases a new feature on Wednesday night, you will record a 3-minute Loom video and push it to the cohort before Thursday’s live session. You maintain a living library of prompt templates, cheat sheets, and “AI in the wild” case studies that learners can immediately apply at work.
  • • Champion inclusive, psychologically safe learning spaces. Our cohorts are 55 % women, 40 % first-generation college grads, and 60 % people of color. You will proactively solicit quieter voices in chat, celebrate multilingual perspectives, and escalate any hint of bias to our DEI task force within the hour.
  • • Iterate relentlessly. After every cohort you will run a 30-minute retro, synthesize NPS comments, and ship at least one process improvement to the next cycle. Recent wins: a Slack bot that auto-answers 30 % of common questions and a peer-mentor matching algorithm that raised week-4 engagement by 18 %.
  • • Collaborate across a remote-first dream team. You will pair daily with learning designers in Toronto, career coaches in Austin, and data analysts in Manila. All-hands happen on Zoom, decisions happen in Notion, and GIF wars happen in Slack. Your calendar is intentionally kept under 15 hours per week so you can stay fresh and learner-centric.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of experience in adult learning, customer success, or program management in a tech-enabled environment
  • • Demonstrated fluency with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) and a portfolio of real-world use cases
  • • Comfort working Pacific-time hours and hosting live Zoom sessions up to twice weekly
  • • Data-driven mindset: you can read an LMS dashboard, spot trends, and act on insights within 24 hours
  • • Empathy super-power: you have coached or mentored adults juggling career change, family obligations, and imposter syndrome
  • • Nice-to-have: Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, computer science, or related field; experience with Notion, Slack, and Loom

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Fully remote role with flexible scheduling—work from anywhere in the U.S. with reliable internet
  • • Competitive salary plus quarterly performance bonuses tied to learner NPS and completion rates
  • • Annual $1,500 professional-development stipend for AI conferences, courses, or certifications
  • • 20 days PTO, 10 company holidays, and a “quiet August” when the whole company slows down
  • • Home-office setup allowance: $1,000 upfront plus $250 every year for gear upgrades
  • • Access to all Ziplines certificate programs for free—level-up your own AI skills while you teach others
