- • As a Learning and Development Partner at Semperis, you will play a pivotal role in fostering employee growth and organizational effectiveness by designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that align with the company’s mission to be a Force for Good.
- • You will lead engaging workshops and coaching sessions, design and develop training programs across multiple formats (ILT, VILT, e-learning), manage LMS logistics, and collaborate globally to identify learning needs and drive professional development initiatives.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and talent development while gaining exposure to global L&D operations, enhancing your ability to coach individuals and influence organizational learning strategies.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong facilitation and public speaking skills to lead engaging and interactive workshops
- • Experience in instructional design, training delivery, and course development
- • Familiarity with learning management systems and learning technologies, with Workday experience a plus
- • Ability to coach individuals to overcome obstacles and reach professional goals
- • Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple training initiatives
- • 4-year degree; master’s degree preferred in instructional design, industrial/organizational psychology, organizational development, education, or related field
