- • As a Learning and Development Partner at Semperis, you will play a key role in developing employees and leaders by designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that support professional growth and organizational development.
- • You will lead engaging workshops, provide individual coaching, design training programs (ILT, VILT, e-learning), manage LMS logistics, and collaborate globally to identify learning needs and coordinate training initiatives.

- • You will gain hands-on experience in instructional design, facilitation, coaching, and project management while working with global L&D teams, developing expertise in talent development within a high-impact tech environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong facilitation and public speaking skills to lead engaging and interactive workshops
- • Experience in instructional design, training delivery, and course development
- • Familiarity with learning management systems and learning technologies, with Workday experience a plus
- • Ability to coach individuals to overcome obstacles and reach professional goals
- • Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple training initiatives
- • 4-year degree; master's degree preferred in instructional design, industrial/organizational psychology, organizational development, education, or similar field
