• • ABOUT THE ROLE
• • Semperis is seeking a Temporary Learning & Development Partner to provide leave coverage for approximately eight months. This role is focused on maintaining continuity for existing learning programs and supporting day-to-day learning operations during the leave period.
• • This is a hands-on role for someone who can step in quickly, facilitate scheduled learning sessions, coordinate training activities, manage learning administration, and make light updates to existing content as needed.
• • WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• • Training Delivery
• • - Facilitate scheduled instructor-led and virtual learning sessions
• • - Adapt delivery style to different audiences and learning needs
• • Learning Coordination & Administration
• • - Manage training logistics, including scheduling, enrollment, and participant communications
• • - Support course uploads, tracking, and reporting in the learning management system
• • - Help ensure a smooth learner experience across assigned programs
• • Content Support
• • - Make updates to existing training materials and resources as needed
• • - Partner with the Global Talent Development team to support ongoing learning initiatives already in progress
• • WHAT YOU’LL BRING
• • - 5-10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in Learning & Development roles.
• • - Strong facilitation and communication skills
• • - Experience delivering training and supporting learning programs
• • - Familiarity with learning management systems; Workday experience is a plus
• • - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• • - Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-moving environment
• • - Ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional partners
• • - Bachelor’s degree preferred in education, instructional design, organizational development, or a related field
