- • Own the end-to-end learning strategy for mid- to large-scale organizations, acting as the primary strategic advisor who transforms vague L&D ambitions into measurable business impact.
- • Conduct rigorous needs-analysis using surveys, stakeholder interviews, and data diagnostics to uncover the real performance gaps behind every learning request.
- • Translate raw insights into SMART goals, KPIs, and success criteria that executives can defend in boardrooms and that frontline managers can act on tomorrow.
- • Design and present bold, evidence-based change plans that pinpoint root causes—whether they are skill deficits, process bottlenecks, or cultural barriers—and prescribe the right blend of content, coaching, and workflow nudges.
- • Curate hyper-relevant learning pathways from Go1’s 100,000-course library, weaving together micro-learning, cohort programs, and live workshops into cohesive journeys that feel custom-built even when scaled globally.
- • Facilitate senior-leader workshops and steering-committee meetings, translating learning jargon into business language and securing the executive air-cover required for adoption.
- • Build repeatable consulting playbooks and templates that allow our global team to deliver the same strategic rigor in half the time, turning every engagement into IP that benefits the next client.
- • Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Content teams to pilot experimental formats—VR simulations, AI-driven nudges, or social-learning campaigns—and feed real-world results back into the roadmap.
- • Track post-implementation behavior change and ROI using dashboards, pulse surveys, and business metrics, then iterate programs in 90-day sprints to keep momentum alive.
- • Champion Go1’s mission externally by speaking at industry events, publishing case studies, and co-hosting webinars that position us as the thought-leader in workforce transformation.
- • Mentor junior consultants and customer success managers, instilling consultative habits like hypothesis-driven thinking, executive storytelling, and ruthless prioritization.
- • Stay razor-sharp on learning science, performance consulting, and digital pedagogy—turning every new insight into a competitive advantage for our clients and for Go1.
