• In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the learning experiences for all SouthState Bank team members. You will design, develop, and maintain engaging and effective learning content, leveraging cutting-edge AI-enabled authoring tools and industry-leading multimedia software. • Your primary responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of content creation and management:
• **Content Development with Advanced Authoring Tools:** Craft high-quality, interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Rise and Storyline. You will be at the forefront of applying AI-driven features and advanced templates to enhance learner engagement, improve knowledge retention, and create dynamic learning paths that cater to diverse learning styles.
• **Professional Video Production and Editing:** Develop compelling instructional videos, demonstrations, and explainer content utilizing TechSmith Camtasia. This includes mastering advanced editing techniques, screen recording, post-production effects, and integrating visual elements to clarify complex banking concepts, processes, and software functionalities in an easily digestible format.
• **Engaging Animation Creation:** Design and integrate custom animations using Vyond to illustrate abstract concepts, real-world scenarios, and intricate workflows. Your ability to develop engaging visual narratives will bring learning content to life, making it more memorable and impactful for our employees.
• **LMS Integration and Maintenance:** Seamlessly upload, manage, and maintain all developed learning content within our internal Learning Management System (LMS), Workday Learning. This involves ensuring all courses are correctly configured, accessible to the intended audience, and that metadata is accurately maintained for efficient catalog management and reporting.
• **Rigorous Testing and Quality Assurance:** Conduct comprehensive testing of all eLearning modules, videos, and animations to guarantee flawless functionality, cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, and an optimal user experience within the Workday Learning environment. Your attention to detail will be crucial in identifying and resolving any issues before deployment.
• **Collaborative Subject Matter Expert (SME) Engagement:** Work in close partnership with subject matter experts from various departments, instructional designers, and key stakeholders. You will gather detailed requirements, interpret complex information, solicit and incorporate feedback, and ensure all learning materials align perfectly with organizational learning objectives and business goals.
• **Driving Continuous Improvement:** Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in eLearning, AI-driven content development, video production techniques, and animation technologies. Proactively recommend and implement innovative tools, methodologies, and best practices to continuously elevate the quality of our learning content and enhance learner outcomes.
• **Project Management and Prioritization:** Effectively manage multiple concurrent learning development projects, balancing competing priorities, and consistently meeting production deadlines without compromising on quality. Your organizational skills will be key to ensuring a smooth and efficient development pipeline.
• **Communication and Knowledge Transfer:** Translate complex banking regulations, procedures, and concepts into clear, concise, and engaging learner-friendly language. Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including SMEs, stakeholders, and learners, to ensure understanding and buy-in.
• As part of the Corporate Learning team, you will contribute to a comprehensive suite of training solutions, including new hire onboarding, ongoing professional development, career advancement programs, and leadership training for all SouthState Bank team members. 🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing and developing interactive eLearning content using Articulate Storyline and Rise, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in video editing software, specifically TechSmith Camtasia, for creating professional instructional videos and demonstrations.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging animations using Vyond, including storyboarding and character development.
• Experience managing digital learning catalogs and metadata within a large organizational LMS, preferably Workday Learning or a similar platform.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
