- • Design, develop, and publish responsive, interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Rise 360, Storyline 360, and Evolve to support global employee training in leadership, onboarding, and emerging capabilities.
- • Translate Subject Matter Expert (SME) content into visually compelling storyboards and interactive learning modules using instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM.
- • Serve as the primary visual design expert for the People Development team, creating on-brand graphics, slide decks, infographics, and visual aids using Canva and PowerPoint.
- • Produce and edit multimedia content including short videos, audio clips, and animations to enhance engagement and retention in digital learning assets.
- • Pilot and implement Generative AI tools such as HeyGen, Synthesia, and WellSaid Labs to accelerate content creation, personalize learning experiences, and enable localization of training materials.
- • Collaborate with regional People Development colleagues to localize, deploy, and manage e-learning content via the company’s Learning Management System (LMS).
- • Partner with SMEs across departments to validate content accuracy, gather technical information, and ensure alignment with business objectives and functional requirements.
- • Manage the full content lifecycle for learning assets, including version control, updates, archiving, and governance to maintain quality and compliance.
- • Develop and deliver core skills content focused on communication, productivity, and professional development for all employees globally.
- • Ensure all learning outputs meet high standards of visual polish, accessibility, and instructional effectiveness, representing the People Development function with excellence.
- • Support the creation of training content for emerging capabilities such as AI fluency and digital skills, working closely with the People Development Partner team.
- • Stay current with trends in digital learning, instructional design, and AI-powered content tools, and proactively propose innovations to improve scalability and learner outcomes.
- • Maintain consistent brand identity across all learning materials, applying design principles to elevate the look and feel of training resources.
- • Coordinate feedback loops with learners and stakeholders to iterate on content and improve engagement and effectiveness over time.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the learning ecosystem by documenting best practices, sharing insights, and mentoring peers on design and tool usage.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Learning Designer, E-learning Developer, or Instructional Designer
- • Proficiency in Articulate Rise 360 or similar rapid e-learning authoring tools (Storyline 360 or Evolve preferred)
- • Strong visual design skills with proven experience using Canva, PowerPoint, or equivalent graphic design tools
- • Demonstrated understanding of instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles
- • Portfolio showcasing interactive e-learning modules and multimedia learning assets
- • Experience or strong interest in using Generative AI tools (e.g., Synthesia, HeyGen, Jasper AI) for content creation
