📋 Description

• • The Learning Experience Designer will design and develop engaging, scalable learning experiences for Vantage Data Centers’ workforce across North America, supporting role-specific and general learning needs to drive performance and business outcomes.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting gap analyses, collaborating with stakeholders and subject-matter experts, designing curricula using adult learning theory and emerging tools like generative AI, creating multimedia learning content (videos, simulations, games), managing instructional design projects, and ensuring alignment with compliance and accessibility standards.
• • The role sits within Vantage’s People and Culture team, which takes a strategic, proactive approach to employee lifecycle management—partnering across departments like Operations, Sales, and Tech to build a high-performing, engaged workforce through innovative talent development.
• • The designer will grow their expertise in instructional design, learning technology integration, and stakeholder consulting while contributing to measurable improvements in workforce readiness and organizational effectiveness.
