📋 Description

• Administer, optimize, and govern the Docebo Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless learning experiences for customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Manage day-to-day LMS operations including user management, learning plans, access controls, and support ticket resolution, liaising with Docebo support for platform issues.
• Configure and optimize the LMS to support external-facing education initiatives, including self-paced courses, instructor-led training (ILT), and certification programs across multiple audience segments.
• Enhance learner experience by improving content discovery, navigation, and personalization, ensuring the right content reaches the right learner at the right time.
• Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards to track learner engagement, course completion rates, and platform performance; integrate LMS data with BI or analytics tools for actionable insights.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with Docebo for support escalations, feature requests, and platform updates, staying current with product roadmap changes and new releases.
• Maintain a structured and scalable course catalogue with proper metadata, taxonomy, and content tagging to ensure efficient content organization and retrieval.
• Support integrations between Docebo and key business systems, identifying opportunities to automate workflows and leverage AI capabilities to improve platform efficiency and learner outcomes.
• Implement learner engagement campaigns using gamification and other motivational features to drive course completion and active participation.
• Customize LMS UI/UX through widgets, page layouts, and front-end enhancements; apply CSS and HTML knowledge to improve interface usability and branding consistency.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, trainers, and cross-functional stakeholders to align LMS configuration with educational goals and business outcomes.
• Proactively propose and implement improvements to platform configuration, learner experience, and operational workflows based on Docebo updates and user feedback.
• Work flexible hours to support collaboration across global time zones, ensuring timely response to learner and stakeholder needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be open to a fixed-term 6 months contract engagement
• 5+ years of experience in customer education, L&D, or learning operations with at least 2 years of hands-on Docebo LMS administration
• Proven experience managing an LMS for customer education, including multi-audience portals and both self-paced and instructor-led training programs
• Strong knowledge of Docebo platform capabilities and ability to configure them to meet business and education goals
• Experience building custom reports and connecting LMS data to BI or analytics tools
• Familiarity with UI/UX customization in Docebo, including CSS and HTML (strong plus)
