• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Systems Manager to join our central Learning & Talent team. This pivotal role will be responsible for the comprehensive global management of Kraken’s learning platform ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on deep, hands-on Docebo experience.
• As the Learning Systems Manager, you will own and lead the strategic direction, configuration, optimization, governance, and continuous improvement of our newly implemented Docebo platform. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the platform not only meets but exceeds the learning and development needs of our diverse user base.
• This role requires close collaboration with a wide array of stakeholders, including colleagues within the Learning & Talent team, Technology, People Operations, Engineering, and our global delivery and client-facing teams. Your ability to foster strong working relationships will be key to ensuring the Docebo platform delivers a seamless, world-class learning experience for both our internal employees and external clients.
• The scope of this position is multifaceted, blending technical platform ownership with content architecture, vendor and integration management, data and analytics governance, and sophisticated learning experience design. You will play a critical role in shaping how our colleagues onboard, acquire new skills, advance in their careers, and access learning resources throughout their entire journey with Kraken.
• Beyond internal development, you will also be instrumental in supporting our Software as a Service (SaaS) implementation teams. This involves enabling impactful learning experiences for our client organizations during the onboarding and deployment phases of the Kraken platform, leveraging Docebo as the foundational backbone for their capability development journeys.
• You will operate in a dual capacity, being both strategic in designing the long-term roadmap for our learning technology and hands-on in implementing improvements, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the platform. This requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining a high-performing learning environment.
• Key responsibilities will include developing and executing the platform's strategic roadmap, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and implementing new features and functionalities to align with evolving business needs and learning objectives.
• You will be responsible for the technical administration and configuration of Docebo, including user management, course creation, learning path design, and the integration of various learning content formats.
• A significant part of your role will involve managing relationships with Docebo and any other relevant technology vendors, ensuring service level agreements are met and exploring opportunities for deeper integration and innovation.
• You will establish and enforce robust data and analytics governance policies for the learning platform, ensuring data integrity, security, and the generation of meaningful insights to inform learning strategies and demonstrate ROI.
• You will collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to define content architecture standards, ensuring learning content is well-organized, easily discoverable, and aligned with learning objectives.
• You will design and oversee the implementation of user-friendly learning experiences within Docebo, focusing on intuitive navigation, engaging content delivery, and effective assessment methods.
• You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the learning platform, providing timely support to users and escalating complex problems as needed.
• You will stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in learning technology, adult learning principles, and the energy industry to continuously enhance our learning offerings.
• You will contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive change management and communication plan to drive user adoption and engagement with the Docebo platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven, hands-on experience managing and administering a Learning Management System (LMS), with a strong preference for extensive experience with Docebo.
• Demonstrated ability to configure, optimize, and govern an LMS to meet diverse organizational learning needs, including user management, course catalog, learning paths, and reporting.
• Experience in content architecture, understanding how to structure and organize learning materials for optimal user experience and discoverability.
• Familiarity with vendor management, including working with LMS providers and managing integrations with other systems.
• Understanding of data governance principles and experience in managing learning analytics and reporting to derive actionable insights.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
