📋 Description
- • Design, implement, and manage sustainable technical solutions across learning technology platforms, primarily the Learning Management System and related business systems.
- • Incorporate security, architecture, and user experience best practices into all designs and solutions, following a continuous improvement cycle.
- • Document system architecture, data definitions, workflows, and processes to ensure shared understanding and long-term scalability.
- • Enhance data quality, governance, security, and platform reliability through sustainable engineering practices.
- • Collaborate within a Kanban team to support non-technical teams, particularly those prioritizing the consumer sales division.
- • Investigate and resolve level 3 escalations for system challenges, providing technical mentorship through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- • Develop and maintain Python scripts and services to automate workflows between internal and third-party platforms, including learning, data visualization, and operational systems.
- • Orchestrate backend communication between learning assets (SCORM, AICS, session tracking) and systems to anticipate, mitigate, and troubleshoot end-user issues.
- • Navigate complexity and solve ambiguous challenges within aging infrastructure in a regulated industry and established sales organization.
- • Identify and implement workflow improvements that reduce manual, repetitive tasks.
- • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, valuing feedback and collective success.
- • Ensure learning and development solutions meet business and compliance needs while remaining current and relevant through technical leadership and oversight.
- • Coordinate and communicate with internal resource teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions with evolving business requirements and vendor partnerships.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- • Minimum of five to seven years of related technical experience with increasing responsibility
- • Proficiency in designing and maintaining Python scripts and services for workflow automation
- • Ability to orchestrate backend communication between learning assets (SCORM, AICS, session tracking) and systems
- • Strong problem-solving skills focused on sustainability and practical solutions
- • Experience working in a regulated industry with legacy infrastructure
