- • The Leasing Financial Analyst supports Tanger Factory Outlet Centers’ mission to create shopping destinations that entertain, inspire, and bring communities together by providing financial analysis, lease administration, and portfolio management support to the Leasing team.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining reports and analyses to maximize leasing production, tracking renewals and lease actions, preparing Letters of Intent, entering and tracking negotiation terms and KPIs, researching lease terms for executive and leasing teams, preparing economic deal terms for the Real Estate Committee, conducting due diligence for acquisitions or dispositions, preparing confidential reports for executive management, tracking cotenancy risk, maintaining industry knowledge for compliance, driving process improvements, collaborating with IT to enhance systems, and handling special projects as assigned.

- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in lease financial analysis, gain exposure to real estate portfolio management, strengthen advanced Excel and data analysis skills, improve cross-functional collaboration and communication, contribute to process optimization and system enhancements, and build strategic impact within a growing, values-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- • 2-3 years of experience in lease administration, finance, property management, or a similar field
- • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and charting
