- • Legal Counsel role at Interactive Brokers Ireland Limited (IBIE) in Dublin, providing essential legal support to a global financial services leader known for innovation and technology-driven brokerage services.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing legal advice to internal stakeholders, advising on product design and roll-out, reviewing and negotiating customer-facing and commercial contracts, assisting with regulatory inquiries from the Central Bank of Ireland and EU authorities, and liaising with external legal counsel.
- • Part of the IBIE Legal team based in Dublin, collaborating daily with IBKR’s Global and European legal and compliance teams within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
