📋 Description

• Engage with lawyers at existing and prospective customers to understand their workflow challenges and demonstrate how Harvey’s AI solutions address specific legal tasks such as researching public and private databases, drafting and analyzing contractual provisions, reviewing briefs and filings, managing corporate governance, and conducting due diligence.
• Establish credibility as a trusted advisor by leveraging legal expertise to provide tailored insights into how Harvey’s platform enhances efficiency and accuracy in day-to-day legal practice across law firm and in-house legal teams.
• Lead customized product demonstrations for various law firm practice groups and corporate legal departments, aligning Harvey’s features with the unique workflows, pain points, and use cases of each audience.
• Partner with Account Executives to support the sales process by securing the "legal win" through consultative engagement, ensuring technical and legal value propositions are clearly communicated and validated by the customer.
• Act as the "Voice of the Customer," translating legal feedback and operational insights into actionable input for the sales and product teams to refine offerings and improve customer adoption.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted content—such as case studies, whitepapers, and presentations—that resonates with lawyers in specific practice areas and client types, including private equity firms and Fortune 500 companies.
• Conduct research and analysis on customer needs, industry trends, and competitor solutions to inform sales strategy and product positioning within the legal technology market.
• Tailor the introduction of new Harvey features and solutions to match the specific legal workflows and regulatory environments of individual clients and practice groups.
• Contribute to shaping Harvey’s market perception as a credible, substantive, and indispensable tool for legal professionals by demonstrating deep domain knowledge and practical application of AI in legal work.
• Travel occasionally to customer offices, company locations, or industry events to conduct in-person demos, build relationships, and support sales initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in Italy
• At least 3 years of experience practicing law at a top-tier law firm in Italy
• Fluent Italian
• Outstanding presentation skills for legal and executive audiences, including impromptu and structured demos
• Strong understanding of legal processes and challenges faced by law firms and in-house counsel
• Curiosity about AI’s potential to transform legal workflows
