- • As a Legal Engineer (Corporate) at Harvey AI Inc., you will serve as a trusted advisor bridging corporate lawyers, sales, and product teams to drive the adoption and evolution of Harvey’s AI-powered legal platform. This role is critical in translating real-world legal workflows into product solutions that deliver measurable value to corporate legal teams.
- • Day to day, you will work directly with corporate lawyers at current and prospective customers to uncover workflow pain points, lead tailored product demonstrations, and serve as the voice of the customer by translating feedback into actionable product insights for engineering and product teams.
- • You will join a fast-moving, mission-driven team at Harvey AI Inc., a company transforming professional services through frontier agentic AI and enterprise-grade platform innovation, backed by strong product-market fit, global customer traction (1500+ customers in 60+ countries), and world-class investor support.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-driven legal technology, shape product strategy from the front lines, and grow as a strategic advisor at the intersection of law, technology, and business — positioning yourself for impact in a defining category of legal innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • JD or equivalent legal qualification
- • At least 3 years of experience in a transactional practice such as M&A, private equity, capital markets, finance, fund formation, banking, EC/VC, real estate or related practice areas at a top-tier law firm or sophisticated in-house legal team
- • Strong understanding of the workflows, challenges, and demands faced by corporate lawyers
- • Executive presence and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility with legal professionals at all levels
- • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, whether leading a live product demo, facilitating a workshop, or engaging in strategic customer conversations
- • Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal practice
