- • As a Legal Engineer (Corporate) at Harvey AI Inc., you will serve as a trusted advisor bridging corporate lawyers, sales, and product teams to translate real legal workflows into AI-powered solutions that drive adoption and value.
- • Your day-to-day involves working directly with corporate lawyers to uncover workflow pain points, conducting tailored product demonstrations, translating customer feedback into product direction, and collaborating with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to shape Harvey’s roadmap.
- • You’ll join a fast-moving, mission-driven team at Harvey AI Inc., a company transforming legal and professional services through frontier agentic AI, serving 1500+ customers across 60+ countries with strong product-market fit and world-class investor backing.
- • In this role, you’ll deepen your expertise in AI applications for legal services, sharpen your executive presence and customer advisory skills, and contribute to shaping a generational product at the forefront of legal tech innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • JD or equivalent legal qualification
- • At least 3 years of experience in a transactional practice such as M&A, private equity, capital markets, finance, fund formation, banking, EC/VC, real estate or related practice areas at a top-tier law firm or sophisticated in-house legal team
- • Strong understanding of the workflows, challenges, and demands faced by corporate lawyers
- • Executive presence and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish credibility with legal professionals at all levels
- • Outstanding communication and presentation skills for live demos, workshops, and strategic customer conversations
- • Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal practice
