- • As a Legal Engineer (Corporate) at Harvey AI Inc., you will serve as a trusted advisor bridging corporate lawyers, sales, and product teams to translate real legal workflows into AI-powered solutions that drive adoption and value.
- • Your day-to-day will involve working directly with corporate lawyers to uncover workflow pain points, lead tailored product demonstrations, and partner with product and engineering teams to shape Harvey’s roadmap based on frontline feedback.
- • You’ll join a fast-moving, mission-driven team at Harvey AI Inc., a company transforming professional services through frontier agentic AI, with 1500+ customers across 60+ countries and strong investor backing, operating with intensity and a commitment to simplicity and decisiveness.
- • In this role, you’ll deepen your expertise in AI’s application to legal practice, sharpen your executive presence and customer advisory skills, and contribute to defining a new category in legal tech while growing alongside top-tier legal and technical talent.
🎯 Requirements
- • JD or equivalent legal qualification
- • At least 3 years of experience in a transactional practice such as M&A, private equity, capital markets, finance, fund formation, banking, EC/VC, real estate or related practice areas at a top-tier law firm or sophisticated in-house legal team
- • Strong understanding of the workflows, challenges, and demands faced by corporate lawyers
- • Executive presence and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility with legal professionals at all levels
- • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, whether leading a live product demo, facilitating a workshop, or engaging in strategic customer conversations
- • Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal practice
