- • As a Legal Engineer at Harvey AI, you will serve as a trusted advisor bridging customers, sales, and product teams to support sales strategy and product development for litigation and regulatory lawyers.
- • You will work directly with litigation and regulatory lawyers to uncover workflow pain points, recommend solutions, and demonstrate how Harvey’s AI platform fits into real legal work, translating feedback into actionable product direction.
- • You will partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to shape Harvey’s roadmap, ensuring the product evolves in ways legal teams trust and adopt, while building and refining product demonstrations and use cases that reflect actual litigation and regulatory workflows.
- • You will introduce new capabilities in a tailored, credible, and compelling way for each customer, continuously raising the bar for how Harvey is deployed across litigation and regulatory practices, helping lawyers do higher-quality work faster and with more confidence.
- • You will operate with intensity, decisiveness, and simplicity, staying close to customers and pushing for excellence in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment at a company transforming professional services through frontier agentic AI.
🎯 Requirements
- • JD or equivalent legal qualification
- • At least 3 years of experience in litigation or regulatory practice (e.g., complex commercial litigation, government investigations, antitrust, IP litigation, or compliance enforcement)
- • Strong understanding of workflows, challenges, and demands faced by litigators and regulatory lawyers
- • Executive presence and relationship-building skills to establish credibility with legal professionals at all levels
- • Outstanding communication and presentation skills for leading product demos, workshops, and strategic customer conversations
- • Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal practice
