- • The Legal Engineer - Product Specialist role at Harvey AI Inc. is a strategic position that bridges legal expertise and product adoption, enabling top-tier legal professionals to integrate Harvey’s AI platform into their daily workflows to drive efficiency, utilization, and long-term customer success.
- • Day to day, the role involves building trusted relationships with law firm and in-house legal teams, designing and leading onboarding and training workshops, identifying expansion and renewal opportunities with Customer Success and Sales teams, surfacing adoption barriers through legal empathy, translating user feedback into product insights, monitoring usage trends to re-engage at-risk accounts, creating customer-facing content like training guides and FAQs, and representing Harvey as a trusted advisor in high-stakes legal environments.

🎯 Requirements
- • JD or equivalent legal qualification
- • At least 3 years of experience practicing law at a top-tier law firm (Vault 50 or equivalent), preferably with corporate law or litigation focus
- • Executive engagement skills and presence to build credibility with key decision makers at all levels
- • Outstanding presentation skills for legal and executive audiences, including impromptu whiteboard sessions and formal demos
- • Strong understanding of legal processes and challenges faced by legal professionals
- • Curiosity about AI’s potential to transform the legal industry
- • Sales or customer-facing experience, including law firm business development or secondment, is a plus
