- • Serve as a trusted advisor to law firms, in-house legal teams, and corporate legal departments by leveraging deep legal expertise to guide seamless integration of Harvey’s AI platform into daily legal workflows.
- • Design and lead customized onboarding sessions, training workshops, and ongoing enablement programs tailored to specific practice areas including corporate law and litigation, driving adoption and maximizing platform utilization.
- • Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to execute post-sales strategies that support customer expansion, renewal, and long-term engagement with Harvey’s product.
- • Identify adoption barriers through consultative conversations with partners, associates, and innovation leads, then develop targeted strategies to overcome resistance and increase engagement.
- • Translate real-world legal workflows, pain points, and operational challenges into actionable product feedback for engineering and product teams to inform platform enhancements.
- • Monitor usage analytics to detect at-risk accounts or underutilized features, and partner cross-functionally to re-engage users through tailored demonstrations and educational content.
- • Develop and contribute to customer-facing materials such as training guides, use case libraries, FAQ documents, and best practice resources aligned with diverse legal practice areas.
- • Represent Harvey as a credible, domain-specific authority by delivering high-quality, lawyer-centric guidance that meets the standards of top-tier legal professionals.
- • Engage with clients through a mix of one-on-one consultations, small-group workshops, and large-scale presentations, adapting communication style to legal and executive audiences.
- • Travel periodically to customer offices and company locations to conduct in-person training, support implementation, and strengthen client relationships.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of legal processes, regulatory environments, and operational demands faced by lawyers in private practice and corporate legal departments.
- • Demonstrate curiosity and enthusiasm for AI’s transformative potential in legal services, and proactively explore new ways to enhance legal effectiveness through technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • Qualified to practice law in Italy
- • At least 3 years of experience practicing law at a top-tier law firm, preferably with a corporate law or litigation focus
- • Fluent in Italian
- • Executive engagement skills with ability to build credibility and relationships with key decision-makers in legal organizations
- • Outstanding presentation and communication skills for both legal and executive audiences
- • Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by legal professionals
