- • Serve as a trusted advisor to law firm partners, associates, innovation teams, and in-house counsel at Fortune 500 companies and private equity firms, guiding them on integrating Harvey’s AI platform into daily legal workflows.
- • Design and lead onboarding sessions, training workshops, and ongoing enablement programs tailored to specific legal practice areas to drive platform adoption and maximize customer value.
- • Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to execute post-sales strategies that increase utilization, support renewals, and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- • Proactively identify barriers to adoption by engaging users with legally informed, empathetic questioning, then develop and implement targeted strategies to overcome resistance and improve engagement.
- • Translate real-world legal practice needs, pain points, and feedback into actionable product insights for Harvey’s product and engineering teams to inform platform development and enhancements.
- • Monitor user usage trends across customer accounts to detect at-risk accounts or underutilized features, and work cross-functionally to re-engage users and highlight new or overlooked capabilities.
- • Contribute to the creation and refinement of customer-facing content including training materials, use case guides, FAQ resources, and best practice documentation to ensure consistent, high-quality support across diverse legal teams.
- • Represent Harvey as the leading AI platform for legal professionals by delivering domain-specific, high-fidelity guidance that meets the rigorous standards of top-tier law firms and corporate legal departments.
- • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key decision-makers in legal organizations, establishing credibility through deep legal expertise and consultative communication.
- • Deliver compelling presentations and live demonstrations to both legal and non-legal audiences, whether in impromptu settings, structured workshops, or formal client meetings.
- • Leverage prior legal practice experience to understand the nuances of legal workflows, document review, contract analysis, due diligence, and regulatory compliance to tailor Harvey’s value proposition effectively.
- • Act as a bridge between legal customers and internal teams, ensuring customer feedback directly influences product roadmap priorities and customer success initiatives.
- • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions, reinforcing Harvey’s reputation for excellence and innovation in legal technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • JD or equivalent legal qualification
- • 5+ years of experience practicing law in-house at a Fortune 500 company or at a top-tier law firm (Vault 50 or equivalent)
- • Executive engagement skills with proven ability to build credibility with senior legal decision-makers
- • Outstanding presentation and communication skills for legal and executive audiences
- • Strong understanding of legal processes and challenges faced by legal professionals
- • Curiosity about AI’s potential to transform the legal industry
