- • As a Legal Engineering Manager at Harvey AI Inc., you will lead and grow a high-performing team of Legal Engineers who support go-to-market efforts by bridging legal expertise, customer engagement, and commercial strategy. This role is critical in helping prospective and existing customers understand how Harvey’s AI-powered platform transforms legal work, particularly in corporate, transactional, and commercial workflows.
- • Day to day, you will lead, coach, and develop your team of Legal Engineers; partner with Sales leadership and Account Executives to support strategic accounts and shape deal strategy; oversee customer engagements involving product demonstrations, discovery, and advising on workflow improvements; build relationships with senior stakeholders such as General Counsel and corporate partners; collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Enablement to refine positioning and solutions; synthesize customer feedback to inform product roadmap; and contribute to thought leadership through workshops, speaking engagements, and industry events.

- • In this role, you will develop leadership and strategic impact at the intersection of law, technology, and commercial strategy. You will deepen your expertise in legal AI applications, influence product direction based on real-world customer needs, scale a high-performing team, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor to senior legal and business leaders — all while contributing to the evolution of how legal work is done in the age of AI.
🎯 Requirements
- • Qualified lawyer with 7+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE), including significant experience in corporate law, commercial contracting, M&A, private equity, venture capital, capital markets, or corporate governance at a leading law firm
- • Prior experience managing a team with a proven track record of developing talent and driving performance
- • Deep familiarity with legal technology and AI tools, with the ability to quickly gain expertise in Harvey’s platform and workflows
- • Strong understanding of corporate and transactional legal workflows, including M&A, commercial contracting, corporate governance, financing transactions, and due diligence
- • Strong commercial instincts and ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders across law firms, legal departments, and business organizations
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience leading trainings, workshops, demos, or customer-facing sessions

- • Competitive OTE compensation range of $315,000 - $385,000 USD with a 70/30 split
