  • • As a Legal Engineering Manager at Harvey AI Inc., you will lead and grow a high-performing team of Legal Engineers who support go-to-market efforts by combining legal expertise with AI-driven solutions to transform how legal work is done for enterprise customers.
  • • Day to day, you will coach and develop your team, partner with sales leadership and Account Executives on strategic accounts, oversee customer engagements involving product demos and discovery, build relationships with senior legal stakeholders, collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing, synthesize customer feedback to inform product roadmap, and contribute to thought leadership through workshops and industry events.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Qualified lawyer with 7+ years post-qualification experience (PQE), including significant experience in corporate law, commercial contracting, M&A, private equity, venture capital, capital markets, or corporate governance at a leading law firm
  • • Prior experience managing a team with a proven track record of developing talent and driving performance
  • • Deep familiarity with legal technology and AI tools, with ability to quickly master Harvey’s platform and workflows
  • • Strong understanding of corporate and transactional legal workflows including M&A, commercial contracting, corporate governance, financing transactions, and due diligence
  • • Strong commercial instincts and ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders across law firms, legal departments, and business organizations
  • • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience leading trainings, workshops, demos, or customer-facing sessions
