📋 Description

• As a Legal Innovation Partner at Harvey AI Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of legal services by advising top-tier law firms and corporate legal teams on AI transformation strategies, helping them harness generative AI to redefine how legal work is done.
• Day to day, you will advise innovation and knowledge leaders on designing and executing AI strategies—including client AI policies, rollout programs, and success metrics—while supporting collaboration between firms and clients, contributing to business-of-law innovation, advancing legal AI thought leadership through industry forums and publications, and fostering a vibrant innovation community across legal and professional organizations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a legal innovation role at a top tier law firm, corporate legal team, or legal tech organization
• Strong point of view on the direction of AI transformation in law firms and a demonstrated interest in steering it for the benefit of lawyers, clients, and firms
• Executive presence with CIOs/CKOs/CISOs and the ability to translate between technical and legal/business audiences
• Track record of shaping product direction or service design based on deep domain insight
• Exceptional communication skills—written thought pieces, conference speaking, and one-to-one executive advising
