- • The Legal Intake Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a critical role in qualifying leads and ensuring a compassionate, professional client experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting structured intake interviews via phone, email, and web forms; accurately entering and managing prospect data in CRM and case management systems; qualifying and routing leads to appropriate attorneys; scheduling consultations; preparing intake packets and engagement letters; tracking intake metrics; and maintaining follow-up with unconverted leads to maximize conversion.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in legal intake, client services, or customer-facing coordination
- • Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills with a warm, empathetic, and professional tone
- • Experience managing CRM systems and maintaining accurate data records in a high-volume pipeline
- • Prior remote work experience and fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar)
- • Familiarity with legal intake procedures and law firm operations
- • Experience working with US or UK-based law firms (required for consideration)
