- • The Legal Operations Manager at Equip Health Inc. plays a critical role in ensuring the Legal & Compliance Department operates with maximum efficiency, enabling the company to scale its mission of providing accessible, evidence-based eating disorder treatment across all 50 states. By standardizing processes, implementing data-driven metrics, and leading technology adoption, this role directly supports Equip’s ability to serve thousands of patients and families while maintaining regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the execution of legal department processes and SOPs; developing and maintaining key operational metrics and dashboards in partnership with the Chief Legal Officer; handling paralegal duties such as contract intake, tracking, and regulatory filings; driving end-to-end process improvement initiatives; leading the evaluation, selection, implementation, and integration of legal technology platforms; owning knowledge management through playbooks, document organization, and training; managing vendor and outside counsel relationships with budget oversight; collaborating with Compliance to develop and implement company-wide policies; preparing impactful reports and presentations using Google Slides; and performing other duties as assigned to support legal and compliance objectives.

- • In this role, the Legal Operations Manager will develop deep expertise in legal operations within a high-growth healthcare technology company, gain experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving legal tech adoption and process optimization, and build leadership capabilities in metrics-driven management and stakeholder collaboration. The position offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on organizational efficiency while supporting a mission that improves access to critical mental health care nationwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in legal operations or legal project management
- • Proven track record managing legal technology tools and leading legal process optimization initiatives
- • Strong analytical and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and ticketing systems such as Jira
- • Ability to deliver synthesized data insights to senior leadership using Excel & Sheets
- • Strong writing and analytical skills, including proven experience developing impactful business reports and presentations for leadership teams
