• • In this role, you will be instrumental in providing strategic program and project management, overseeing the successful execution of key legal initiatives from inception to completion. You will actively support process optimization efforts, identifying bottlenecks and implementing streamlined workflows to enhance productivity and reduce operational friction. A core responsibility will be to drive continuous improvement within the Legal Department, establishing best practices and instituting standardization across various operational areas to ensure consistency and quality. You will also play a key part in supporting integrations and data migrations, ensuring seamless transitions of information and systems. A significant aspect of your work will involve translating complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership, enabling informed strategic planning and resource allocation. You will partner and collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including other departments within Fivetran, to support and advance the Legal Department's broader strategic objectives. Furthermore, you will provide essential support to Legal team members on their projects, offering back-up and overflow assistance as needed to ensure all critical tasks are managed effectively and deadlines are met.
